
Ingredients:
Cashewnuts – 1/2 kg
Kovakka – 200 gm
Coconut
Green Chilly
Curry Leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Curd – a spoon
Preparation:
Cook well the cashewnut and kovakka with salt, turmeric powder and water. Add a spoon of curd when this gets cooked well. Grind the coconut, green chilly and curry leaves well and add to the cashew kovakka mix. Mix well . Take off from the flame, after sometime add some oil and curry leaves and serve.
