Ingredients

Cashew nut – 100 gram
Paneer – 200 gram ( 1 cm cubes)
Onion – 1 ( chopped small)
Ginger – 1 piece – chopped small
Green chillies – 3
Garlic – 3 cloves – crushed
Chilly powder, coriander powder – 1 tea spoon each
Salt – as required
Garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Oil / ghee – 2 table spoon
Curd – ½ cup

Method of preparation

Take a frying pan. Heat ghee. Add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry it till the onion gets red colour. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, cashew nut, square paneer cubes, and cook it in medium flame.
Add salt and garam masala powder into the curd and pour it into it. When everything gets drained out pour the ghee above the curry. Can serve hot
