Ingredients:

Carrot (grated) – ½ kilo
Green chillies – 4 nos
Sugar powder – ½ spoon
Fried cashew nut – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 spoon
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin seed ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Coconut grated – 1 cup

Preparation:

Dry the grated coconut in the sun and take out the moisture from that. Fry the cashew nut and make it to powder. Put the grated carrot, grated coconut and cashew powder in a bowl and mix well. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt into it and mix it well. Then take a frying pan and boil the oil and put the cumin seed, green chillies, and allow to fry half. Then add the same into the carrot salad and mix it. Tasty salad is ready.
