Ingredients:
Carrot – 225 gm
Red Chilly – 8
Mustard – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Cut the carrots to thin pieces. Grind mustard, jeera and red chilly without adding water. Add the grinded mixture to the carrot. Add oil and keep for 4 days. Serve then.
