Ingredients

Carrot – 250 gram
Onion – 1
Capsicum – ½
Garlic – 4
Ginger – one piece
Green chilly – 3
Tomato paste – 2 table spoon
Chilly Sauce – ½ table spoon
Soy Sauce – ½ table spoon
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Salt
Coriander leaves
Oil

To make paste

Maida – ½ cup
Corn flour – 3 tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Ginger / Garlic paste – ½ spoon
Salt

Method of preparation

Take all the ingredients which is required to make paste and mix well, Add required water and make it a thick paste. Cut ginger , garlic , and green chillies. Slice the carrot into thin round pieces. Boil oil in a pan . Dip the carrot pieces in the prepared paste and fry till it becomes light brown colour.

Take another pan and heat one spoon of oil. Add the chopped, ginger garlic and green chillies and fry it. Then add capsicum and fry. Add tomato paste, and all sauces, and required salt and mix well. Then add the dissolved maida flour in one cup of water and mix. Add the fried carrot into it and mix it. When the sauce get mixed well you can remove it from the flames. Decorate it with coriander leaves and Sliced onions .
