
Ingredients
Carrot (chopped) – 250 grams
Red Gram ( Thuvara Parippu ) cooked and grinded – 100 gram
Coconut / Cumin seed . Garlic – Grinded to paste
Coconut / black gram ( uzhunnu parippu) / Bengal Gram ( kadala parippu ) mustard seed , dried chillies Roasted
Salt
Chilly powder
Turmeric Powder
Coconut Oil
Method of preparation
Cook the carrot in a pan by adding water. It should be cooked by adding chilly powder, turmeric powder, and salt . when the carrot get cooked add the grinded cooked parippu and coconut cumin seed paste. When the mix is getting boiled add all the roasted ingredients coconut , black gram ( uzhunnuparippu) , bengal gram etc. and mix well. After adding the fried coconut , you should not add water or boil. This is a delicious dish which can be served along with rice.
