
Ingredients
Cabbage – 1 small
Small onion chopped – 1/4 cup
Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
Green chiles chopped – 3
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when they pop up add curry leaves and chopped small onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes and add the Cabbage, Grated coconut, chopped ginger, green chiles and turmeric powder. Keep everything to the centre of the pan ad cook it covered on a low flame for 5-6 minutes. Uncover and saute for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Cabbage Thoran Ready
