Cabbage (small ) – 1
Potato – 3
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger / Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – 2 tea spoon
Green chillies paste – 1 tea spoon
Garam Masala powder – ½ spoon
Cumin seed
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Clean the cabbage and chop it to small pieces. Peel of the skin of the potato and slice it into a very small pieces. Heat oil in a pan . Add cumin seed and allow to splutter, add potato and fry it for four minutes. Add onion, ginger – garlic paste, green chilly paste and mix well. Add the chopped tomato into it and saute. add masala powders and salt. Add cabbage into it and cook the same by closing the lid. When it get cooked and the gravy got thickened you can remove it from the flames. Can add the coriander leaves and can serve.
