Cabbage – 1
Carrot – 2
Onion – 2
Corn flour – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt , Butter

Method of preparation

Clean the cabbage, carrot and onion. Cut these into very small pieces and keep it aside. Take a pressure cooker and put these cut vegetables . add little water and cook it. It should get boiled well. Strain the vegetables soup stock in a colander. Press the vegetables with a ladle to extract the stock fully. Heat the butter in a pan . pour the soup stock into the pan and add the pepper and required salt into it. If you need thickness for the soup then you can add corn flour and mix . cook for few minutes. Cabbage pepper soup is ready.
