Brinjal cut to small pieces – 5 nos
Garlic paste – 6 nos
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Cumin Seed – 1 pinch
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Mustard seed – as required
Coconut oil – as required
Salt – to taste

Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seed, cumin seed, garlic and curry leaves and sauté . Once it get fried add salt, coriander powder and then Brinjal pieces and sauté well. Then allow it to cook for some time. On getting cooked you can serve it.
