
Ingredients
Bread – 4 piece
Besan ( kadalamavu) – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 2
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 2
Salt
Coriander leaves
Oil
Method of preparation
Take all ingredients except besan (kadalamavu) and mix. If the green chillies are more spicy remove the seeds from it , then chop and mix. Don’t add more water into it.
Take a pan . add oil as required to toast. No need of more oil. Oil is just required to toast .
When the pan gets heated dip the bread in the besan batter and toast both sides till it become light brown colour. Can serve hot.
