Ingredients:
Bitter gourd – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/4 tbsp
Gingely oil – 1/2 tbsp
Dried chilly – 4
Corriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt, Oil – as needed

Preparation:
Fry the bitter gourd in oil. Add curd , sugar and salt to this. Add corriander powder and jeera powder to this and mix well. Serve when bubbles comes. Serve after cooled well.
