
Ingredients:
Baby Corn – 10
Potato – 2
Onion – 2
Green chilly – 1
Ginger – a small pieceGarlic – 5 pieces
Cumin – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Corriander leaves – little
Mustard, Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – little
Salt , oil – as needed
Preparation:
Cut the baby corns and potatoes. Grind well savala, cumin, corriander leaves, garlic, ginger and green chilly. Add oil to a pan and splutter mustard. Add curry leaves to it.Add the grinded masala to this. Saute well for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato to this. Add the baby corn and potatoes. Add turmeric powder, salt and water to cook. Cook well and serve.
