Ingredients:
1.Green apple with skin made to pieces – 4 cup
2.Salt – as needed
3.Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Asoefoetida – 1.4 tbsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
4.Gingely – 1/4 cup
5.Mustard – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 tbsp
6.Turmeric powder – 1/4
7.Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
8.Curry leaves – little
9.Boiled water – 2 cup

Preparation:
Mix well apple, salt and the 3rd ingredients together. In a pan add gingely oil and add ingredients from 5 to 8 and saute well. Add 2 cups of water to this. When this water begins to boil, Add the apple, mix well and then transfer these to an air tight container. Add some sugar and if the apple has no sour taste add some vinegar too.
