1.sugar powder – 1 ½ cup
2.cake flour – 1 cup
3.egg white – 12 egg
4.sugar cubes – 1 cup
5.cream of tartar – 1 ½ tea spoon
6.vanilla essence – 1 ½ tea spoon
7.salt – ¼ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Pre heat the oven in 190 degree Celsius. Take the cake flour and mix it with sugar powder. Take a glass vessel which is not oily and take the white portion of 12 eggs. Add cream of tarter into it and beat it by using an electric beater. When it started to get foam add two spoon of sugar cubes and again beat it. Then add vanilla essence and salt and beat again. Finally beat again by adding the sugar cube.
Stop beating the content when the foam level get increased. Instead of cream of tarter you can also use lemon juice. Add the prepared batter into it and also add the prepared sugar mixture little by little. Then join it by using a spatula or a wooden spoon. Pour this content into a tube pan.( 10 inch width and 4 inch height) and keep this in the pre heat oven and bake it for 30 – 35 minutes with 190 degree Celsius. After that transfer the content upside down into a hot proof glass bottle or metal funnel. After two hours the cake will get cooled. cut all the side of the cake with the knife and take out.
