Potato – 4
Savala – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves – 

For masala paste:

Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Cashewnut – 10
Jeera – 1/2 tbp

Prepare the masala paste by grinding the ingredients with some water  for masala paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves to it. Add cut savala and ginger garlic paste to this and saute well. Add turmeric powder and salt to this. Add cut tomatoes to this. Add chilly powder and corriander powder. Add boiled and cut potatoes to this mix and saute well. Add some water and cook well. When it is cooked add garam masala and corriander leaves and serve.
