Coconut – 1
Dried chilly – 5 gram
Ambazhanga – 1
Tamarind – 10 gram
Oil – 1 table spoon
Mustard seed – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the dried chillies. Then take out the seeds of the chilly, ambazhanga kaambu, tamarind, grated coconut, salt and grind. Later take a frying pan . heat oil add mustard seed and allow it to splutter. Then add the prepared paste and mix. Ambazhanga chutney ready.
