Ingredients

Cauli Flower (flower removed from the stem and cut into pieces – 2 cup
Potato ( chopped into small pieces ) – small size – 2
Ginger – chopped small – 3 table spoon
Coriander powder – ¼ tea spoon
Turmeric powder ¼ tea spoon
Water – as required
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan . add cauliflower, potato in to it and cook it in reduced flame. Add chopped ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and cook for some more time, when the masala get mixed add little water. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
