Almonds – 20
Potato ( chopped small) – 1
Tomato ( chopped small) – ¼ cup
Butter – 1 table spoon
Milk – 1 ½ cup
Green chilly – 1
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Corn flour – 1 tables spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation
Put the almonds in hot water and blanch it. take little out of it and peel off the skin. Grind the remaining almonds by adding little water and make paste. Heat butter in a pan. Add potato and tomato and stir it continuously in low flame till it becomes brown colour . add milk, one cup of water and green chilly and keep it in low flame till you receive one whistle. Then open the lid and remove the green chillies. Add smashed vegetables and cook .

Add almonds paste salt sugar into it and mix it by keeping it in low flame. Mix the corn flour in ½ cup cold water and add it in the soup. When it get cooked well, mix it well . add the pepper powder and can serve. Remaining almonds you can fry and add on top of the soup.
