Palak – one bundle
Potato – 4 medium size ( boiled and peel of the skin and make it into pieces)
Onion – 1 medium size
Green chilly – 3
Ginger / garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala / chat masala – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Salt , oil – as required

Method of preparation

Take the palak and clean. Then put the palak in hot water and cook it for five minutes. After that you grind it. take a pan . add oil and heat. Then add the cumin seed and allow to splutter. Add onion and green chilly. Then add ginger , garlic paste and saute. Add tomato into it. while it gets saute and when the oil gets separated from tomato add potato pieces and mix well. When the gravy gets thickened and stick to the potato pieces switch off the stove . can serve hot.
