Method of preparation

Boil the potato and remove the outer skin. Cut the Tomato, green chilles. Smash the boiled potato and add corn flour, one spoon of chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and mix. Then make these into small balls.Boil oil in a pan. Then add the potato balls into it and fry. Then add cinnamon, ginger, tomato, cashew nut paste and saute. Then add one spoon of chilly powder, turmeric powder, little coriander powder, cumin powder, sugar, salt and mix. Then add little water into it and cook. When it gets cooked add the fried potato balls and mix. Cook it for some time and remove from the stove. aaloo Kofta is ready
