Ethapazham – 1
Honey – 4 ½ table spoon
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Strawberry paste – 1 table spoon
Kiwi fruit paste – 1 ½ table spoon
Ethapazham ( chopped) – 1 table spoon
Cashew nut chopped – 2 table spoon
Method of preparation

Take ¼ portion of Ethapazham and ¼ portion of honey and blend it in a blender and keep it aside. Then take ¼ portion of strawberry, ¼ portion of curd and ¼ portion of honey and then blend and keep this also separate. Take the kiwi fruit paste, remaining portion of honey, ethapazham, cashew nut and blend it and keep separate.
Pour this mixture into the glass. All the mixture should be poured slow so that it will not get mixed
