Pumpkin grated – 3 kilo
Sugar – 2 kilo
Boiled water ( cooled) – 6 liter
Orange – 4 nos
Lemon – 8 nos
Yeast – 1 ½ spoon
Ginger crushed – ½ cup

Method of preparation

Boil the water and add the grated pumpkin, orange and lemon juice, sugar and finely chopped outer skin and allow to boil . when it get boiled remove from the stove. When it get cooled add the yeast and ginger and transfer the content into a Bharani ( pot) and close the lid. Store this in a warm place for six days. After six days add half kilo of sugar and close the lid with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for 21 days. During these days stir the content daily for five minutes daily. After 21 days keep the same without stirring. Then filter the content and keep it for 21 days more to get a clear wine. After 21 days you can serve
