Ingredients:

Pineapple – 2
Sugar – 1 kg
Water (boiled) 1 1/2 ltr
White of egg – 1
CLove – 5
Patta – 2
Dried ginger powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Yeast – 1/2 tbsp

Preparation:
Cut the pineapple to small pieces and add water, sugar and white of the egg together. Add everything together and mix well. Pour this to a big bottle, close this tightly and keep. Stir this mixture daily for 12 days. After that strain well and keep aside for 7 days.
