
Ingredients
Irumban puli – ½ kilo
Sugar – 1 kilo gram
Citric acid – 2 tea spoon.
Water – ½ liter
Ginger – 1 piece
Orange – 1
Method of preparation
Take the irumbanpuli, sugar, ginger and grind it in a mixer. Then filter it by using filter. Take sugar and water and Make it syrup by keeping the flame very low. Then add citric acid in between. When it comes to sticky stage, reduce the flame and add the filtered irumbanpuli juice into it. When the juice gets thickened can remove from the stove. On getting cooled you can store it an bottle and can use whenever you require
