Tender coconut – 2
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 spoon
Pudina ( mint leaves) 2 spoon
Narakathinte Ila – 1
Green chillies – 2 ( remove the seeds)
Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Coriander seed – ½ tea spoon
Pepper (crushed) – ¼ spoon
Hing – one pinch
Jaggery – little
Rock salt for taste – little

Method of preparation

Take out all the masala’s including hing heat it and make a powder. Take the tender coconut water and add the remaining ingredients into it and mix. then add the powdered masala also.Finally add the narakam leaves. Filter this and can preserve it in earth pot. Sunandini is a drink which has medicinal benefits.
