Ingredients:

Grapes – 1 1/2 kg
Sugar – 2 1/2 kg
Flour (Atta) – 300 gm
Yeast – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Water – 2 1/2 ltr (boiled and cooled)

Procedure:
Wash the grapes well. Soak the yeast in water. Crush the grapes well and add 1 1/4 kg of sugar and flour along with soaked yeast, white of the egg and water. Mix well and pour this mixture into a air tight container. For the next 10 days stir this mixture slowly. Stir the mixture using a stirrer that has been washed well in boiled water. Then for the 10 days this is not to be opened or stirred. On the 21st day, add 1 1/4 kg of sugar and stir well. When this mixture is all set, strain well. When the mixture is free from all particles, pour to a container and keep for some days.
