Gothambu (Wheat)
Water
Milk
Mil
Sugar / jaggery

Method of preparation

Roast the gothambu (wheat) in a vessel. Then powder the roasted gothambu. Take a vessel which don’t have moisture in it and put two spoon of wheat flour into it. Take water and milk. ( in the ratio like for one glass of coffee , half glass of milk). Add required sugar and keep it on the stove. when boiled remove from the stove and pour it on the wheat flour what you kept in a vessel and stir well. If you don’t stir then lumps will be formed. You can also add jaggery instead of sugar if required.
