

Gooseberry Wine
Ingredients:
1. Gooseberry-1 kg
2. Jaggery – ¼ kg
3. Sugar – ½ kg
4. Cloves -10
5. Cardamom – 4
6. Cinnamon sticks – 4 nos.
7. Water – boiled and cooled – 2 ½ cup
Preparation:
In a Jar add gooseberry Jaggery and sugar in layers. Add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Add water. Close the jar with lid and cover with a towel and tie .Keep for 41 days to settle. Strain the syrup after 41 days .Keep in bottles in dark. Use as required.
