Ginger – ¼ kilo
Sugar – 2 ½ cup
Water – as required
Lemon juice – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Crush the ginger and take out the juice. Add little water and keep it for one whole night. Add little sugar and make it syrup. Take out the filtered water and lemon juice and mix and make it to boil. When it start boiling remove it from the stove and keep it for cooling. When it get cooled transfer this content to the bottle and keep it in fridge. For ¼ glass of juice, can add one glass of water and can serve.
