1.Milk – 1 liter
2.Cream – 170 gram
3.Rose syrup – 300 milli
4. Sugar – 85 gram

Method of preparation

1. Make a mixture by adding corn flour and half the milk.
2.Boil the remaining milk and sugar.
3.Stir continuously the corn flour mixture.
4.Pour the corn flour mixture into the cold water by using filter.
5.Soak the tulsi seeds in water.
6.Take rose syrup in six glasses.
7.Make small balls with the soaked rice and corn flour mixture.
8.Take the rose syrup and add the previously boiled milk into it . then add the corn flour mixture .
9.Cool it by adding small ice cubes and serve.
