
Ingredients
Beetroot ( cut in square) – 500 gram
Onion ( chopped) – 1
Olive Oil – 1 table spoon
Vegetable Stock – 1200 milli
Orange Juice – of 2 oranges
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – little
Orange Skin grated – ½ orange
Method of preparation
Heat oil oil and fry the onion and beetroot pieces. add the vegetable stock and boil. Cook it for 25 minute in reduced flame. Add the orange juice and grated orange skin and cook it again for 5 minutes in the low flame. Grind everything together in a mixer.
