Mushroom – 2 cup
Onion – 2
Green chilly – 2
Potato – 2
Tomato – 2
Garlic – 3 cloves
Ginger – 1 piece
Garam masala – ½ spoon
Vinegar – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves – little
Oil, salt – as required
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion into it and saute. add ginger, green chilly and garlic into it. and make a paste. Take the boiled potato and mushroom into it and saute well. While getting saute add two cup of water and required salt and boil . after some time add the prepared paste into it and when the gravy get thickened add garam masala . then again boil it till the gravy gets more thickened. Remove it from the stove and put coriander leaves on top of it and can serve hot.
