Bread Piece – 5 no
Cabbage – ½ cup
Carrot – ½ cup
Green peas – ¼ cup ( soaked in water)
Beans – ¼ cup
Onion – 1 ( chopped small)
Green chilly – 3 nos
Garam Masala – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves / salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed, chopped vegetables , green chillies and salt and cook it by closing the lid. Cook the vegetables well. Add coriander leaves into it. Soak the bread pieces by adding little water. Drain out the excess water from bread. Keep the prepared masala on the bread pieces and roll it. Take a pan and heat the coconut oil and fry the bread rolls. The easy tea time dish is ready.
