
Onion – 1 sliced round
Capsicum – 1
Potato – 1
Bengal Gram flour – 1 cup
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Garam Masala – ¼ tea spoon
Baking soda – one pinch
Asafetida – one pinch
Coriander leaves – one table spoon
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Oil – To Fry
Method of preparation
Add required water to the Bengal Gram Flour and make it a thick batter. Add all the ingredients except vegetables and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, and dip the round cut vegetables into the dough and fry it in oil till it becomes light brown colour. Can serve hot.
