Ingredients:
Cut Vegetables(carrot, beans, cauliflour, capsicum) – 2 cup
Potato boiled and crushed – 1 cup
Maida – 1 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Potato cut pieces – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Oil – to fry

Preparation:
Half boil the vegetables. Mix well this in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Make small thick balls out of this. Add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry well till it turns brown.
