1. All purpose flour(maida) – ½ kg
2. Yeast – 20gms
3. Sugar – 3 tablespoon
4. Salt 10 grams
5. Dalda – 30gms
6. Water -30 ml
7. Garlic finely chopped – 5 pcs

For the tomato sauce Ingredients

1.Tomato – ½ kg
2. Onion finely chopped – ¼ kg
3.Ginger chopped – 2 pieces
4. Ginger chopped – ½ tablespoon
5. Olive oil – 50 ml
6. salt to taste
7. ground black pepper to taste

For the topping

1. Capsicum – sliced(as required)
2. Mushroom – sliced(as required)
3. Onion diced (as required)
4. Tomato sliced
5. Frozen cheese as required

Method of Preparation

Add ½ tablespoon sugar and yeast in warm water,stir it and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10-15 min till the mixture becomes forthy.Stir the mixture well slowly sieve the flour properly put it in deep bottomed bowl. Make a well in the center add the yeast mixture, and all the other ingredients . Knead briefly until the dough is smooth flatten the dough brush some oil on the pizza base. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza and top with vegetables . Spread the grated cheese Preheat the oven and bake it on 400 degrees for 15-20 min when the cheese has melted and the crust is brown pizza has to be baked.

The method For making the tomato sauce

Blanch the tomato in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out the skin and blend it. . Heat a pan pour oil put in ginger,garlic,onion fry it . when sauted add blanched tomato. When it done add pepper and salt and can remove from the stove. if it is too sour then add sugar to reduce the sour taste.
