1.Potato – 150 gram
2.Cabbage – 150 gram
3.Beans – 150 gram
4.Cauli Flower – 150 gram
5.Green Peas – 150 gram
6.Ginger – 2
7.Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
8.Green chilly – 4
9.Curry leaves – little
10.Corriander leaves – little
11.Lemon Juice – ¼ tea spoon
12.Hing – ¼ tea spoon
13.Oil – as required
14. besan ( Bengal gram powder) – 125 gram
15. rice flour – 100 gram
16. chilly powder – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the potato. Drain out the water and peel the skin off. Then smash it. Cut the cauli flower, cabbage, beans , ginger, green chillies into small pieces and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard see into it and allow to splutter. Then add the ginger and green chilly into it and saute. The add the cooked vegetables and smashed potato and set it. Then add the coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and mix well. after that make it into very small balls and keep it aside.

Take Rice flour, besan, salt , soda powder, chilly powder and knead it .Heat oil in a pan. Dip the prepared vegetable balls into the prepared rice mix and deep fry it in the oil. Fry it till get red colour. Vegetable Bonda Is ready
