1. Maida (All purpose flour)- 1/2 kg
2. Yeast-20gms
3. Sugar- 3 table spoon
4. Salt -10 gm
5. Milk powder-15 gms
6. Dalda/Margarine-30 gms
7. Water -30 ml
8 Garlic- 5 pieces finely chopped
1. Tomato–1/2 kg.
2. Onion- 1/4 kg finely chopped
3. Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
4. Ginger-1 piece
5. Refined Oil-50 Ml
6, Pepper powder, salt as needed
Capsicum mushrooms grated cheese, Onion rings, Tomato slices as required.
Mix yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup warm water and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Sieve the flour and put in a deep & wide bowl. Make a pit in the middle add yeast and other ingredients mentioned above for making pizza and mix well to make the dough . Keep aside for 1/2 an hr. The dough will raise this should be flattened on a round plate (Oven friendly) Add tomato mix on top as filling. Also spread chopped capsicum, mushrooms onion rings, tomato rings and grated cheese as required on the top and bake in oven at 400 degree for 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts to turn brown.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Peal the skin and mash the pulp well to make puree. In a pan add oil sauté the ginger and garlic paste till turns brown add Onion and sauté again till turns red. Add Tomato puree, pepper and salt to taste and little salt to balance the taste.
