Ingredients:
Vaazhachund – 1 cup
Salt – as needed
Oil – as needed
Savala – 1
Green chilly – 5
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Perum jeerakam powder – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Potato boiled and crushed – 1/2 cup
Egg – 2
Bread crumbs – 1 cup

Preparation:
Marinate the vaazhachund with salt and sort in oil. Sort savala, ginger , green chilly and garam masala. Add jeera powder and chilly powder and sort. Add vaazhachund and potato to this and make cutlets. Dip in beated egg, then in bread crumbs and fry.
