Ingredients:
Thina powder – 2 cup
Black gram fried and crushed – 1/2 cup
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida
Salt
Oil

Preparation:
Soak Thina in water for 4 hours. Dry it and then mix well thina, black gram, chilly powder, cumin, asafoetida, oil, salt and water well. Make this a dough and pour it into the mould of Murukku and pour into oil. Serve when cooked.
