
Ingredients
Maida – ¼ kilo
Egg – 2 nos
Coconut – one half
Sugar – As required
Cardamom powder – As required
Ghee – 2 spoon
Salt – To taste
Method of preparation
Mix Maida, Egg, and salt, to make batter. Make a mix out of grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder with the fingers and keep it aside. Heat the ghee rub it on the non stick pan and take a ladle of batter to make a round shape like dosa and cook both sides. On getting cooked put the sugar coconut mix above it and roll. Can serve hot
