1. Nenthrapazham – ½ kilo gram
2. Sugar – 2 tea spoon
3. Coconut – one half
4. Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
5. Cashew nut chopped – 2 table spoon
6. Maida – one cup
7. Bread crumbs – 50 gram
8. Ghee – 2 spoon
9. Cooking oil – to fry

Method of preparation

Boil the banana ( nethrapazham) and peel off the skin. Take coconut, sugar and little water in a vessel and keep it in the stove. when the water gets drained and when it comes to a sticky stage add cardamom powder. Then fry the chopped tomato in the ghee and remove from the stove. When the mixture get cooled, add the smashed banana into it and knead it to become dough.
The make small balls out of the dough and can spread in the required shapes. Then dip it in the maida batter and dip it again with bread crumbs and fry it oil.
