Chilly – 12
Potato (boiled and crushed) – 1 cup
Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
Chilly powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tbsp
Basin powder – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp each
Tandoori powder – 1 tbsp
Red food colour – a pinch
Salt – as needed
Oil – to fry

Add chilly powder, jeera powder, garam masala and salt to the crushed potato.
Split open the chilly and stuff it with the potato mixture.
In the basin powder add red food colour, Ginger garlic paste, tandoori powder, salt and waterand mix well. Make a dough.
Dip the stuffed chilly in this mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
