Soya chunks – 2 cup
Paneer cubes – 2 cup
Potato – 1
Ginger – 1
Green chilly – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp each
Corriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Chatt masala – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Salt , oil – as needed
Egg – 2
Corn flakes – instead of bread crumbs to fry

Soak the soya chunks in water for some time. Strain the water well and fry in the soil. Fry the paneer too. Grind the soya chunks in a grinder well and add with the paneer. Boil and crush the potato. In a frying pan, add oil and sort well ginger, garlic, green chilly and savala. Add corriander leaves and chatt masala and sort well. When this cools off, add the soya – paneer powder and potato and mix well. Make this into the shape of a cutlet and then dip in the egg, corn flakes and deep fry well until the cutlet turns brown in colour.
