Soya Chunks – 10
Ginger / Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 1
Onion – 1
Curd – 2 tsp
Red chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak soya chunks in water for 10 minutes. Drain out the water and press dry. Keep it aside. Marinate it with salt, ginger garlic paste. Grind Onion, green chilly and coriander leaves into fine paste. Mix this paste with curd and marinate this also in Soya bean chunks. Switch on the Microwave and keep it in 200 degree. Marinate all the masala mix in the soya and keep it in Baking dish. If required you can also rub some oil in soya. Grill the soya chunks for 10 minutes in 60 percent power. Tasty soya kabab is ready.
