Maida – 200 gm
Sheema Chakka – 500gm
Atta – 100gm
Green peas cooked – 1 cup
Cashewnut – 1/4 cup
Green chilly – 2
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Kismis – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp

Add oil in a pan and add green chilly, corriander powder, turmeric powder, kismis, and fry for a minute. Add green peas, sheema chakka, salt, chilly powder and garam masala and mix well and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl add maida, atta, 2 tbsp of oil and salt and make a dough. Make sheets like poori. Cut the poori into 2 halves. Make each half into a cone. Fill the cone with sheema chakka mixture and close the sides with water. Fry in oil until brown colour.
