Ingredients:
Plantain – 2 (cut into small pieces)
Roasted rice powder – 1/4 kg
Jaggery (made into liquid) – 200 gm
Coconut – Cut into small pieces
Dried Ginger powder – a pinch
Coconut milk – milk of half a ┬ácoconut
Salt – a pinch
Oil – to fry

Procedure:
To the rice flour add the jaggery, coconut milk, Ginger powder and salt and mix well. In a pan, add oil and when it boils well, dip the plantain pieces in the mixture and deep fry. Take after frying and serve.
