Sausage – 4 nos
Coriander powder – 1 spoon
Chilly powder – ½ spoon
Pepper powder – ½ spoon
Fennel seeds ( Sauf ) – one pinch
Onion – 1
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – 4 nos
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Tomato – 1
Oil, salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the sausage in round thin pieces. then take a pan add oil and roast the fennel seeds.cut the onion and add it into the roasted fennel seeds . then add chopped ginger, garlic and if required add the grated coconut into it and roast it till it becomes brown colour. when it starts to get slight brown colour add all the powders chilly powder, coriander powder and pepper powder into it and roast for one more minute without getting burned. Add curry leaves, chopped tomato and required salt ( sausage has salt content so the salt in the masala is okay for the dish) and saute. Then add the sausage into the mix and then roast and can serve.
