Ingredients:

Maida – 2 cup
Potato – 4
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Panner – 50 Gram
Capsicum – ½ cup
Green pees – ½ cup
Green chillies – 4
Cashew nut – 5
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil
Water

Preparation:

Steam the chopped cabbage and keep it aside. Also should boil the potato. Capsicum should also be boiled. Cut the panner into small pieces. Cut the green chillies into very small pieces. Grind the boiled green pees green chillies to become a thick paste Then add the boiled cabbage, potato, capsicum and also Add salt and Garam masala into this paste and mix well to make masala mix. Make maida into a dough by adding enough water and salt. From the dough take a small portion and make the shape of round cone. Then place the required masala into this dough and fold it to make a triangle. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough. Then take a kadai, add oil and put this triangle shaped samosas into it and fry well. Fry both sides till it become golden colour.
